2. Orders

• 2.1. Acceptance of Orders: All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion

• 2.2. Order Confirmation: Upon acceptance of your order, we will provide an order confirmation via email.

3. Pricing and Payment

• 3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise

4. Shipping and Delivery

• 4.1. Shipping: We deliver products within Australia and internationally shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• 4.2. Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• 4.3 Each print is produced to order to ensure quality and longevity. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, tracking will be provided.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

• 5.1. Change of Mind: We offer a 14 day refund/exchange period for prints only. Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. Postage for an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer and the print must be returned in original condition and packaging. Refunded prints must be returned in original condition and packaging. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products. Please choose carefully.

• 5.2. Faulty or Damaged Products: If a Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within (number of days, e.g., 14 days) of receiving the Product.

• 5.3. Return Process: To request a return, please contact us at (noblexdeer@gmail.com) with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence before approving the return.

• 5.4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within (number of days, e.g., 7-14 days). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• 5.5. Exclusions: Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:
  Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  Personalized or custom-made items unless faulty
